DOUGHNUT MAKING

METHOD:

1. sieve flour into a bowl and add sugar.

2. cream yeast with little sugar mixed with milk and beaten egg.

3. make a hole in the center of flour in the bowl and pour in the liquid.

4. mix together and beat until smooth.

5. cover and put ina warm place to rise for 2 hours.

6. heat he oil and fry mixture spoonful until golden brown.

SADINE MAKING

METHOD:

1. Cut the fish after washing place into a container and boil with salt and little water.

2. Boil till the water is absorbed.

3. Put the fish in a dry container with lidei and top with liver oil, vineger and cover up.

MAKE RICE AND BEANS

1. Boil beans in water until partly tender add salt

2. wash rice and add beans coo together until it is dry and rice is tender. If necessary add a little more water.

3. Serve with fish, meat, or vegetable stew.

HOW TO PREPARE OKRO SOUP

*1 - Dice and chop the okro into a small pieces

*2 - Place the okro into a pot and add enough water to completely cover it.
